Dogs have many natural desires and behaviors that satisfy their intrinsic needs.  These needs still must be met for the dog to be happy, however, we may have to modify the way they are being met in order for the dog to live in harmony with their human partners.  It is important to recognize the desires of both the dog and the people, and find a balance that will create a happy, fulfilled partnership for all involved.   I am committed to creating a strong bond between dogs and their human partners, and this can only be achieved by using positive, reward-based training methods. I feel that it is important to make training fun for clients and, of course, for the dogs. I firmly believe that each dog is special and tries to communicate their needs in the best way they know how, we just need to know what they are telling us.

I am committed to being honest and forthcoming with all observations so that I can give you a realistic expectation of what we can accomplish. I will listen to you and your canine partner and work with you to create a harmonious relationship.  I take time to answer any questions throughout the training process. I work hard to ensure sustained success with your dog’s training.

Because all dogs learn at different levels and have different abilities, I cannot guarantee how far your team will progress while working with me, however, I will provide you with the tools and understanding to ensure that you and your dog continues to learn and grow as a team.

After the completion of training, I remain available for any questions you may have relating to the work you have done with me.
